We value compassionate hearts, but kindness needs to reach the right people, in the right place, at the right time. 

We must go beyond giving whatever we have, filling shortages, and providing what is needed. At the same time, to limit isolated and short-term activities, relief work needs to be mutually supportive, based on needs and human rights, and harmoniously coordinated to avoid waste and unfairness.
