Attorney Nguyễn Ngọc Phú holds a bachelor's degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. He has also successfully completed certifications as a bailiff, insolvency administrator, notary, and auctioneer, along with many other advanced legal courses.
