With this philosophy of life: “Gain experience earlier. Fail earlier. Succeed earlier. Contribute to the community for longer. Live a more meaningful life.”. At 29, leading more than 10 significant organizations, Tạ Minh Tuấn made Forbes magazine’s list of Vietnam’s 30 most influential outstanding young people under 30. In 2018, he continued his career and founder Light Charity.
From his second year at the University of Technology, Tạ Minh Tuấn embraced the difficulties of starting a business project. Although that first project failed, it yielded deeply valuable research findings for his team. They adapted it into what would later become the precursor to an agency specializing in Digital Marketing services.

- 2009:
- Founding Chairman and CEO of a pioneering, leading social enterprise developing the “Personal Doctor – Healthcare at Home” model in Vietnam.
Transformation through adversity! While he was running a digital technology company, his father developed cancer. This constantly drove him to seek the answer to the question: “What can I do to help people with the same illness as my father?” and prompted him to think seriously about the humanitarian value of his own business.
HELP was founded to prevent illness for everyone
HELP means giving assistance. He chose this name in the hope that everyone would have a personal doctor monitoring their health at the most affordable cost. Effective prevention before treatment is needed helps ease pressure on hospitals and save costs for individuals and society.
As a result, HELP has achieved very strong growth of around 300% per year, a rate that is being maintained alongside expansion through franchising.

- In 2011, HELP was officially recognized as a “social enterprise,” and Tuấn was named among Vietnam's TOP 15 outstanding social entrepreneurs by the British Council, CSIP, and The One Foundation.
- President of the BNI Master Chapter business association, part of the global business networking organization in Vietnam (BNI – Business Network International is currently the world’s largest business networking organization). He is the youngest chapter president in BNI’s history.
- Founder of YUP Education — a pioneering, reputable organization providing entrepreneurship training and support in Vietnam.

- 2013:
- Founded and led JCI Central Chapter in Vietnam (JCI — Junior Chamber International, currently the world's largest federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs).
This nonprofit organization has over 200 member branches across more than 100 countries worldwide, with members aged 18–40. JCI Central Saigon's “Cervical Cancer and Gynecological Disease Screening for Low-Income Women” project has provided free examinations and care to over 6.000 disadvantaged women.
- 2015:
- National Training Director of JCI Vietnam.
- Named one of Vietnam's 30 most outstanding young people for achievement and influence by the world's leading business magazine Forbes — Forbes 30 under 30 Vietnam 2015.
- 2016:
- One of the most outstanding successful and influential young people in Asia, as recognized by Forbes magazine – Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2016.

- Named Businessman Of The Year in the prestigious Men Of The Year list by Thể thao Văn hóa Đàn ông magazine.
- Named among the “Influential Founders of Vietnam & the World” announced by UNESCO at its Congress in France.
- He was 1 of 8 healthcare leaders worldwide selected by healthcare group Johnson & Johson to attend the One Young World Global Summit. The summit brings together and provides a forum for heads of state, leading business leaders, recipients of prestigious Nobel Prizes, well-known artists concerned with social issues, and the world's outstanding young leaders. He was also the only representative from Asia on that list.

Tạ Minh Tuấn is a worthy role model for young people determined to pursue entrepreneurship.
